Q1. How did your career journey start? Or Who/What inspired you to start this business/ entrepreneurship?
In 15 years of my IT career, I have always loved to get connected with people and have often solved their personal and professional problems with ease. I started my coaching practice by the name “Life Coaching with Lata”. I offer various coaching services like, student success coaching, career coaching, parent- child coaching, corporate group coaching and coaching for empowering women.

The main challenge that I face as a Life Coach is - it is very less known field in India. People relate it to counselling, therapy or mentoring although life coaching is a co-creative partnership between a Coach and a Coachee. It focuses on planning and implementing specific, meaningful changes in personal and/or professional life. It is very powerful and has capability to changes one’s life in a positive way. So, whenever I introduce my life coaching business to anyone I have to tell how it is different than other things like training, counselling, mentoring etc.
