Q1. How did your career journey start? Or Who/What inspired you to start this business/ entrepreneurship?
Teaching has been my profession since I was a young girl of 21, In 2014 I came across a message on watsap by my friend, asking to vote her for Mrs Popular for beauty pageant and that was a turning point of my life, I went through Google to check what does it take to participate in beauty pageant, once that was clear I started my training with various academies and participated in Haute Monde Mrs India Worldwide, after winning the title of Mrs Congeniality I knew my dream was to start an academy and train all aspiring women who dared to dream and win a beauty pageant. That's when Absolu Elle, leading pageant training and personality development academy started in 2016.

Q3. What kind of challenges did you face while starting/doing business?
Challenges that I faced during my startup was making people believe I am real in this industry and I am here to genuinely help you sail through this time of preparation of your pageant, as personally I had met few fake people who knew nothing if this industry but claimed they knew all and charged hefty fees. I wanted to deliver more than promised.
Few difficulties I faced when women came with set mind and baggage and dint want to change or accept what I taught them, it took weeks to offload and teach them what was right and what is expected out of them at the pageant.
Q4. Do share with our readers about your discovery period when you were facing difficulties in your business?
Discovery during the tough time of business. We are in show business and we have to be seen throughout the year, there are times when we do not have students for months but our digital team is not resting, they are on job, we keep coming out with new posts every single day because I always believe to sell you have to be seen. I discovered writing on subjects of pageantry helps, lot of women read my blog n follow me. New ideas of selling my products is what my team and me keep thinking day in and day out.
Q5. Share with our readers about your experiment period after the discovery period?
Experiment period at Absolu Elle was when we started getting International enquiries, student could not come down to India and that's when we started Skype training and it worked wonderfully, student Prerana Chitlangia won two pageants back to back and was crowned Mrs India USA and Mrs India USA Texas. Our experiments worked and now we train many International students on Skype.
Q6. What are your future plans? Or now what is your vision for next five years?
Our vision for next five years is start many more pageant training academy in states of India, take workshops and tap best potential all over India. Train as many women as we can.
Q7. How would you advice/suggest new entrepreneurs who want to start & sustain in business?
My advice to new entrepreneurs is never give up on your dreams, make sure 3 D's Discipline, Dedication and determination become an integral part of your life. Do not fear failures because failure is not opposite of success it's part of success. Be fearless and limitless.
