Q1. How did your Musical journey start? Or Who/What inspired you?
When I was young like 6 years old, I started my musical journey. Initially my uncle used to teach me music. So I started my carrier with singing as my father wanted me to be a singer.
At that time people use to give importance to singers, although my father was a drummer but then there is a saying "Blood is thicker than water". After learning singing for 4 years, I tilted toward Drumming.
Initially I use to do small scale shows for like free or people used to give Rs. 200 or 500. So basically I am from Rohtak and for my career, I shifted to Delhi. Small townies don't have that much of scope.
I started my drumming classes from my guru from whom I have learnt a lot. I have worked with different artists, I have done freelancing also.
There was a time when I use to come Delhi just for my drumming classes and you won't believe at that time my pocket use to be empty. I could only afford my drumming fee that was a struggle which I have lived and that's how I have made myself. I still cherish all those memories and want to add on one thing that don't just think that you have to do this or become that, rather live it and make your dream come true.
Q2. Kindly share some information about your Music here.
I would say my mother, she was my inspiration and she will always be. She passed away in 2009, she always wanted me to be a great musician and I am on the path for same. My father never praised me as he always wanted me to work hard. Adding on, my teacher has also supported me alot.
Q3. What kind of challenges did you face while starting/during your Musical journey?
So if I talk about challenges yes, I have faced a lot of them coming from a small city where there is no scope and suddenly a city like New Delhi that has a major change, as I was not that confident about things. Apart from being a good musician one should be a good performer and presentable from head to toe.
Q4. Do share with our readers about your discovery period when you were facing difficulties in your Music career?
So when I came to New Delhi, I had faced many difficulties. I always wanted to be creative and create a good music I want to touch hearts. When you are working with someone, your taste should match so I wanted to work with every kind of people where I could match up.
Q5. Share with our readers about your experiment period after the discovery period?
I discussed things with my partner and then we worked together.
Experiment is something which is done when you are creating music after matching your frequencies with each other.
So you could say that before you prepare any music you need to listen different kind of music in different joaner and artist as well. Listening to different people is a kind of experiment which could lead u to get good music. And when you listen to different artist, two people can have different opinion when you are working together and coming to once conclusion is also an experiment for that music.
Q6. What are your future plans? Or now what is your vision for next five years?
In the next 5 years, I would like to be more confident, where people seek me as an example and would like to launch my own album on my own channel as I compose and write too. I wish to deliver good music which will last forever.
Q7. How would you advice/suggest new Music lovers who want to start & sustain in their musical journey?
To the new music lovers or learners, I would like to say that There is No Shortcut for Success. If you will chose shortcuts, you are not going to sustain for so long. Make good music, deliver it that's when you succeed and learning is something which is never going to end.
Q8. Are you an Independent Pop Artist who does original music or an Artist who does cover songs?
I do both but I am going to launch an Instrumental Album.
Q9. If you are an artist who does original music then how and where do you see your songs getting released?
I would launch my album on my own Youtube channel instead of being connected with big brands.
