Q1. How did your career journey start? Or Who/What inspired you to start this business/ entrepreneurship?

I have always had a passion for cooking, inspired by my mother and grandma, who both had a partial career in cooking. I had lost my wife in a accident three years ago and shortly after that I had made the realization, I needed to make some changes in my life and that’s when I started my company. I am so very happy for doing this, because I absolutely love it!

Q2. Kindly share some information about your Business, products and services here.

My company design is to cater to my clients in their own home. We design a menu, choose a date and then I bring all my own equipment, all the groceries and my joy and pleasure to their kitchen, as I  cook, serve, clean-up and give my host a wonderful dining experience.

Q3. What kind of challenges did you face while starting/doing business?

My biggest challenges were finding clients who would trust me and open their kitchens to my entertaining and cooking skills.

Q4. Do share with our readers about your discovery period when you were facing difficulties in your business?

My initial difficulties were overcoming the panic of walking into a strangers house and just start cooking, hoping and praying that I was doing the right thing. And I am so glad I took this leap of faith in myself. I am doing the best thing in my life that I should be doing. Every time I leave a customer’s house, I have made new friends!

Q5. Share with our readers about your experiment period after the discovery period?

In the beginning, my menus were limited and carefully thought out; since then I have broaden my horizons and have been very experimental.

Q6. What are your future plans? Or now what is your vision for next five years?

My plans for the future are to create a larger network of clients and even expand my reach to another Province (British Columbia). The next five years are going to be very exciting and I look forward to every meal and moment that I can share with everyone.I have a world of friends, that I have yet to meet and share my passion of the kitchen with.

Q7. How would you advice/suggest new entrepreneurs who want to start & sustain in business?

I would tell new entrepreneurs, to be open minded and resourceful; the path to success is never a straight road, but if your determination and will are strong enough, you will find the good in this world and your business will flourish.
