Q1. How did your career journey start? Or Who/What inspired you to start this business/ entrepreneurship?
I was working in an IT firm. But over a period of time, wanted to start something of my own & had few ideas in mind while sitting in office. Also had started with few projects to work on my Ideas. It was back in 2016, when I gave my Idea a name "Creative Arts"
After quitting my Job & having a baby, I started making her learn basic things through different concepts. I made a Book for her with a Montessori Concept. Then I thought, if my baby is enjoying learning in such Fun way, then why not I share this with other kids as well. I started creating books & it was appreciated by many mothers. My idea also went into creating some unique products with a concept of Personalization. I created few samples for my own daughter & started promoting them. It slowly started growing & became a huge success.
That's how I started getting new Ideas & started growing with New Unique Products over a period of time. I call my daughter "My Product Model" as it all Started from her & her momma's Idea & my hard work did pay off. It's a great feeling working from Home, as I can balance my Family & Work Life. I can spend my maximum time with my daughter & without missing out finer details of her growing life, enjoying motherhood along with my career goals!

Creative Arts is into Personalized Stationery, Gifting & Educational Products. We Make Ordinary Things into Extraordinary Items (Customised Products). Creative Arts provides Uncommon Products like Vegetable Theme Based Housie Game, Personalized Party Probs & Personalized Nail Stickers. Our Unique Products are not found on Any Other Personalize Brands available in Market. Also our Additional services adds up to our unique brand & makes us stand out in the crowd:

Q3. What kind of challenges did you face while starting/doing business?
Biggest challenge I faced while doing business was to handle my Daughter who is a Toddler & Completing Orders on Time.
But as its rightly said, "Where there's a will, there is a Way!"
If we really want to achieve our Passion, we will surely figure out how to do it. So I also started Time Management & could do it!
Q4. Do share with our readers about your discovery period when you were facing difficulties in your business?
Well, I wanted to give best to my Customers so was working hard on quality matters too.
Main discovery for me was if we are delivering something to the Clients, before that we should use product ourself & figure out how useful it is to us. Is the Quality up to the Mark?
Q5. Share with our readers about your experiment period after the discovery period?
After I myself used the Products & was completely satisfied with the use & quality of the product, I started promoting them.
Q6. What are your future plans? Or now what is your vision for next five years?
Goal for future is to become The Best and One-stop Shop Brand for Personalized & Stationery Products!
My Direction is to provide Best Quality Products to my clients along with Best Customer Service Offering. Also to meet every single requirement of Customers. I also strive to maintain long term Relation with our Clients.
Q7. How would you advice/suggest new entrepreneurs who want to start & sustain in business?
We still have a long way to go to achieve our goals, yet based on my experience on my Journey till Now, I would like to give following advice to start any New Venture:
- Be Unique: Think of an Idea/Product, as to how you can be unique & different than other already existing Brands available in Market.
- Think as a Customer/Buyer: Think from a Buyer's perspective as to why you would like to buy the product or use the service offered & how much useful & beneficial it would be to you if you are spending your valuable money on the product!
- Customer Requirement: Think and Research about how much the Product/Service is in demand by customers. Based on it, you can figure out Sales.
- Marketing Media: Figure out ways & medium to Market your Products.
- Balance & Manage Time: It's Important to have a Balance between Personal & Professional Life. Figure out how much time we can invest in our business & chose accordingly
- Low Investment: Risk is a big Factor for any Business. Hence, start with low & budget friendly investment to lower risk. We can always grow as per our sales.
- Passion/Interest: It's Important to love your work. If you are really interested in doing something & have passion for it then no one can stop you from achieving your goals!
- Be Optimistic & Confident: Be Positive & Confident in what you are going to Start With. Because if you are Positive & Confident from inside only then others would have confidence in you. So first start with your own self. Self Confidence is a Great Key to Success!
